Disaster reconstruction at the 2012 Venice Architecture Biennale

At the Venice Biennale this past summer, post-disaster reconstruction in Japan after the Tohoku earthquake was one of the major themes. The Japanese Pavilion showcased a series of projects by young Japanese architects, and the Common Ground exhibition featured a project by Sanaa.
